O&O is an architecture and real estate development studio that builds apartments for better living and smarter investing.

Since our beginnings in 2011, our mission has been to enhance urban living through innovative designs focused on people’s well-being.

We are an architecture, construction, and real estate development studio based in Junín, Buenos Aires, founded by Eugenia Obredor and Matías Obermaier.

Our architecture adds value and transforms the places where we build. We design and develop buildings that blend cutting-edge aesthetics, functionality, and comfort—delivering a new way of living and a unique investment opportunity.

Our Foundations

Design

We seek balance between functionality and aesthetics. Each building is envisioned to bring beauty to the neighborhood and the city, becoming a symbol of innovation and design. Experience the warmth and comfort of living in spacious, bright, and elegant spaces.

Environment

Every project is integrated into its surroundings and becomes an active part of the place where it stands. It adds beauty to the neighborhood and the city, turning into a symbol of innovation.

Functionality

People come first. Our buildings are designed to meet the needs of those who live in them as well as those who choose to invest.

Commitment

Efficient and transparent management has earned us a reputation for excellence. We are committed to delivering projects on schedule while maintaining open and honest communication at every stage of development.

Quality

We use top-grade materials and finishes, applying rigorous controls to ensure excellence in every unit.

Innovation

We design terraces and spacious, light-filled areas tailored to today’s lifestyle, seamlessly integrating daily needs with the demands of working from home.

Eugenia Obredor

Architect

I began my professional career 18 years ago, working across diverse fields such as single-family housing projects, recreational spaces, and the design and fit-out of commercial venues. Throughout my trajectory, I have taken on responsibilities in project management, site inspection, and construction execution, including oversight of electrical and gas installations.

From 2015 to 2019, I served as Secretary of Public Works for Gral. Viamonte, where I led projects in Infrastructure, Education, Architecture, and Urban Planning. In this role, I sought to improve public spaces by emphasizing symbolic architecture that places people at the center of their use.

My entrepreneurial nature drives me to constantly explore ways to express identity and meet the needs of modern life. This vision has materialized in the creation of real estate developments such as Matera®.

Matias Obermaier

Architect

My professional career began right after earning my degree in Architecture, working with two leading companies in the architecture and construction field: www.dedalosrl.com.ar and www.submural.com.ar. I remained with both for 12 years, during which I took part in a wide range of projects, from conception to completion, including single-family homes, residential buildings, corporate offices, retail spaces, and hotels.

As a leader in building and guiding work teams, I give space to and value the input and efforts of every contributor involved in a project. This philosophy fosters synergy among all parties, strengthening results and ensuring quality and attention to detail in construction, while also shortening traditional completion timelines.
